1. Terms of Agreement

By accessing or using IndexChecker’s website, API endpoints, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. API Usage & Limits

You agree to access our services only through official API endpoints with a valid Bearer authentication token. Automated scraping of our web application outside of designated API endpoints is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Credits & Expiration

Purchased credits grant you access to perform index verification lookups. Credits purchased on IndexChecker do not expire and remain active in your account balance until consumed.

4. Limitation of Liability

IndexChecker is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maximum accuracy using live Google SERP data, we are not liable for business interruptions or consequential damages.
